Do you know?

In China, there are different ways of asking other people's age according to the approximate age group he/she is in. For example, "nín duō dà nián jì" (您多大年纪?) is used for elder people; "nǐ jǐ suì" (你几岁?) for children who are less than ten years old and "nǐ duō dà le" (你多大(了)?) for adults. "suì" (岁) can't be omitted if the age mentioned is below ten.
