A Chinese name consists of two parts, beginning with the surname and followed by the given Name.
When Chinese address each other, they usually add the title or the position after the family name to show their respect, for example, "wáng xiān sheng"(王先生)，"liú xiáo jiě"(刘小姐)，"lín jīng lǐ"(林经理) etc. To call someone by his or her given name only is to show intimacy.
